Customer Service Project Coordinator

Use customer service, quoting, and project coordination skills with Wexxar Packaging in a fully onsite position supporting sales operations.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will prepare quotes, process orders, and respond to internal and external inquiries. You will coordinate information across customers, distributors, sales, engineering, production, logistics, and accounting. The position supports the Outside Sales Team while developing product and packaging industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to customers, distributors, sales, and internal departments
• Coordinate project information and follow up on needed details
• Analyze data, prepare quotes, process orders, and answer inquiries
• Document potential bottlenecks during quote and order processes
• Prepare reports using advanced Excel and ERP skills

Requirements:

• College diploma or university degree in business, engineering, or technology
• Two to five years’ customer service, sales, or project coordination experience
• Microsoft Office knowledge, including Excel reporting and analysis
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization, planning, collaboration, and attention to detail
