Food Consumables Team Lead

Lead Food and Consumables operations at Walmart in Lethbridge, using customer service and associate development skills daily. Support store priorities from the salesfloor.

This Food and Consumables Team Lead assists with department leadership, processes, and operational functions. You will respond to inquiries, teach associates, coordinate task completion, and maintain customer availability. The role also supports merchandising presentation, communication, scheduling review, safety, and performance conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide polite, friendly customer service and resolve customer issues
• Coordinate daily Customer Availability process tasks
• Assess department presentation and execute merchandising display changes
• Lead team huddles, communicate updates, and track productivity
• Develop associates through teaching, training, and feedback

Requirements:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Support company safety policies and procedures
• Complete safety sweep logs as assigned
• Communicate effectively with associates and management
• Support performance management and growth conversations

Support Walmart’s Food and Consumables departments through customer service, task coordination, merchandising, communication, and associate training.
