Mainstreet Equity Corporation acquires, upgrades, and manages residential properties across Canada. As a Landscaper, you will care for lawns, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding grounds. The work includes snow and ice control, garbage removal, suite clearing, storage-room clean-up, and maintaining machines and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Water, fertilize, weed, mow, and trim lawns
• Complete snow removal around buildings and parking areas
• Clear gravel from parking lots
• Remove garbage from sites and vacant suites
• Clean storage rooms and remove furniture when required

Requirements:

• Landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
• Valid AB Class 5 driver license
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather
• Ability to use snow blowers and landscaping equipment
• Effective communication and ability to follow directions
