This Heavy Duty Mechanic position performs repairs, overhauls, and servicing on vehicles, attachments, and material handling equipment. You will inspect intermodal cranes, terminal tractors, and yard machinery while diagnosing diesel, gas engine, electrical, hydraulic, and driveline issues. The schedule includes night shifts and partial weekends as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain intermodal cranes, tractors, vehicles, and equipment
• Diagnose engine, electrical, hydraulic, and driveline malfunctions
• Repair equipment using welding and vehicle repair tools
• Use measuring devices and interpret visual displays
• Prepare inspection, maintenance, and work reports

Requirements:

• Diesel mechanic, automotive, truck and coach, or hydraulics experience
• Heavy Duty Mechanic vocational studies diploma
• High School diploma or equivalent GED
• Valid driver's license and personal repair tools
• Qualified 310T or 421A mechanics preferred
