Senior Human Factors Engineer - HMI & Control Rooms

LGM North America, part of LGM Group with offices in Montreal and Toronto, seeks a Senior Human Factors Engineer to design, assess and validate complex safety-critical systems across rail, energy and industrial domains.

You will lead Human Factors activities through the development lifecycle, perform task analysis and workload assessments, evaluate HMI and operator interfaces, support control rooms and safety reviews, and help define design requirements and mitigations.
