At TD Insurance, you will guide customers through claims with professionalism and expertise. Manage claims end-to-end while coordinating towing, appraisals, repairs, and rentals. Your work supports informed decisions, fair settlements, and trusted advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers onsite after accidents
• Provide timely claims updates and guidance
• Coordinate towing, appraisals, repairs, and rentals
• Review estimates and reconcile repair costs
• Maintain accurate documentation for high-volume claims

Requirements:

• Two-plus years of auto claims adjusting experience preferred
• Ability to manage 100-plus claims accurately
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to analyze, investigate, and negotiate outcomes
• Provincial claims licensing may be required
