Senior Consultant for Business Solutions at ADP

This senior role focuses on developing sustainable solutions and providing advanced technical support during the implementation process. You will work closely with multiple teams, leveraging your extensive knowledge in Major National & HRO Implementation and specific tools related to the role. The position also emphasizes client requirements and developing training resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of innovative implementation solutions
• Collaborate and provide technical support to clients
• Uphold implementation best practices across teams
• Create and deliver training material for associates
• Conduct UAT testing for product enhancements
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in implementation roles
• Deep understanding of ADP products like WFN and Autopay
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving aptitude
• Bilingual candidates preferred for Quebec
