Technical Services Process Intern

Apply Microsoft Office 365 and process improvement skills as a Technical Services intern at Bombardier in hybrid Dorval, Quebec. Support aviation operations remotely and collaboratively.

This winter 2027 internship supports process creation and improvement within Bombardier Technical Services. You will adapt business tools using Visio, Excel, Power Apps, and Power BI. The internship also develops project management skills in an aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support process creation and improvement activities within Technical Services
• Adapt integrated tools using Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Coordinate goals and schedules with process owners
• Facilitate data input activities with Technical Services focals
• Learn applications used in approval cycles

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a relevant degree
• Proficiency with Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• MS Power Platform, VBA, SQL, and DAX experience is an asset
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• English proficiency; French is an asset
