Manufacturing Customer Success Specialist

Manufacturing customer success meets commercial coordination in this full-time Port Colborne, Ontario position with PC Forge. Bring relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

As Customer Success & Commercial Coordinator, you will strengthen customer relationships while supporting responsive commercial operations. The role coordinates inquiries about orders, deliveries, quality concerns, and opportunities across PC Forge and internal departments. Your work supports Sales Managers and Business Development Managers with account growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build positive customer relationships through proactive communication and support
• Receive customer inquiries through portals, email, representatives, and direct contact
• Review RFQs for complete evaluation and quotation information
• Coordinate customer portal activity, uploads, requests, and documentation
• Assist with reports, presentations, dashboards, and account reviews

Requirements:

• Relationship-driven, customer-focused approach to long-term partnerships
• Ability to communicate solutions clearly to varied audiences
• Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects through completion
• Ability to read technical drawings and manufacturing requirements
