Live-in Building Maintenance Superintendent

Tribe Management Inc. seeks a Live-in Building Superintendent reporting to the Regional Manager. You will maintain a safe, clean residential environment through general maintenance, work orders, unit preparation, and contractor coordination. Communication, teamwork, and a safety-focused approach are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs
• Respond to rotating after-hours and weekend emergencies
• Process, complete, and close maintenance work orders
• Prepare vacant units through cleaning and minor repairs
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, residents, and management teams

Requirements:

• Three to five years building maintenance experience
• Knowledge using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift 25 kilograms and work at heights
• Basic computer literacy for email and documentation
• Valid driver's licence and independent accountability
