Stockroom Inventory Associate

Stockroom inventory work at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. combines shipment scanning, accurate records, and organized merchandise handling for store operations.

As a Stock Associate, you will receive shipments, maintain stockrooms and off-site locations, and replenish the sales floor. The work includes ticketing, packaging, logging, and preparing merchandise for distribution or customer deliveries. You will support internal and external customers while following company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scan shipments as delivered and maintain inventory records
• Organize stockrooms by department, category, and storage location
• Ticket, package, log, and prepare merchandise for replenishment
• Provide inventory-level and damage feedback to supervisors
• Keep stockrooms clean, organized, and safely accessible

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One to two years customer service experience preferred
• Stockroom or related work experience preferred
• Effective time management for multiple simultaneous tasks
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 100 pounds safely
