MDC Shift Supervisor Distribution Operations

Lead distribution operations at Wolseley Canada as an MDC Shift Supervisor, using warehouse coordination, safety leadership, and performance coaching daily.

This supervisory role supports order processing and delivery communication across field sales and warehouse teams. You will coordinate shipping activities in a logistics environment using WMS and RF technology. The scheduled shift runs from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, subject to change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote safe work practices and resolve identified safety issues
• Coordinate work activities for efficient, accurate service
• Coach associates on assigned tasks and performance standards
• Lead pre-shift meetings, safety briefings, and warm-up routines
• Complete reports and support shift operations

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of supervisory experience required
• Supply chain experience in distribution or warehousing
• Logistics experience using WMS and RF technology
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
• Ability to lift loads up to fifty pounds
