Residential Construction Project Coordinator

As Project Coordinator, you will support the project management team at Seymour Pacific Developments. You will schedule residential construction projects and monitor timelines, issues, and overall project health. The position combines organization, communication, and construction coordination across departments, clients, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track schedules, change orders, deficiencies, and construction progress
• Coordinate project documentation, logs, instructions, and punch lists
• Communicate resolutions for procurement, scheduling, quality, and safety issues
• Lead pre-construction planning and project meetings
• Generate reporting on risks, backcharges, schedules, and closeout

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in construction, engineering, or project management
• Flexibility adapting to changing priorities and project demands
• Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Construction management software experience considered an asset
