Financial Reporting Manager Higher Education

This Accounting Support Manager supports operations for a well-established Higher Education account. You will prepare operating, sales, variance, cost, and financial reports while reviewing budgets and forecasts. The role includes monthly bank reconciliations, financial audits, and collaboration with Aramark head office teams, managers, departments, and stakeholders. You will also help resolve operational or financial issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual operating reports
• Generate variance, sales, and direct cost reports
• Lead monthly reviews with the General Manager
• Coordinate financial audits with internal and external stakeholders
• Address budgeting and forecasting issues for operations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary university degree in Accounting or Finance
• Three years’ experience in A/P, A/R, and profit and loss
• Ability to implement improved quality control procedures
• Ability to respond to shifting priorities and changing demand
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and Office proficiency
