This on-call independent contractor work suits proposal, grant, procurement, consulting, policy, research, or technical communications experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review solicitations, requirements, criteria, and submission risks
- Interview experts to gather technical and business information
- Ask questions that uncover missing evaluator-relevant details
