About the job Janitorial Services Manager
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of service-based establishments, including dry cleaning, hairdressing, residential cleaning services, or non-vocational training schools offering instruction in driving, languages, music, dance, art, cooking, or fashion.
Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality customer experience.
Prepare, manage, and control budgets, financial plans, and inventory requirements to maintain cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining strong client relationships.
Oversee contracts and partnerships related to advertising, promotions, and marketing initiatives to enhance business visibility and growth.
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff, ensuring optimal performance, professional development, and adherence to company policies.
