Maintenance Worker Seniors Living Airdrie

Support building repairs and preventive maintenance for Sodexo in Airdrie, Alberta. Work casually or part time within Luxstone Seniors Living.

As a Maintenance Worker, you will support the Maintenance Manager and Facilities team. The work covers general repairs, minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, grounds upkeep, and resident requests. You will help maintain a safe, comfortable 107-suite independent living community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete general repairs and preventive maintenance
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests
• Document work orders accurately and timely
• Maintain common areas, mechanical rooms, and exteriors
• Support seasonal grounds and parking upkeep

Requirements:

• One to two or more years’ maintenance experience is an asset
• High school diploma required
• Understand basic plumbing, electrical, and repair techniques
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Provide a clear Criminal Record Check
