IT Operations Business Relationship Manager

Lead IT operations for Eaton PCS across the United States and Canada, applying manufacturing technology expertise from Burlington or Calgary. As Eaton’s IT Operations Business Relationship Manager, you will partner with plant leadership across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, commercial, and service functions. You will translate business strategy into reliable digital solutions supporting plant performance, stability, and efficiency. The work spans ERP, MES, shop-floor technologies, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operational technology. Key Responsibilities:

Own IT outcomes across PCS plants in the United States and Canada Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to operational improvement Maintain digital thread integrity and data continuity Drive plant-level technology execution and operational continuity Develop investment cases, budgets, ROI analyses, and value plans Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, business, or related field Ten years’ IT, digital, or operational experience Two years supporting manufacturing plant or operations IT Hands-on ERP, MES, and manufacturing execution systems experience Legal eligibility to work in Canada without sponsorship Bring enterprise IT leadership, manufacturing systems expertise, and operational improvement skills to Eaton PCS across North America.
