Agricultural Production Foreman

Organize agricultural production and supervise 11 to 15 people in a rural, on-site fruit and vegetable farming environment. English is required for daily work.

Candidates need one year to less than two years of experience, with no degree, certificate, or diploma required. Key Responsibilities:

• Organize tasks to accomplish agricultural production work
• Tie and secure bell pepper plants
• Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
• Maintain quality control and production records
• Maintain work records and logs
