Hybrid Property Accountant: Drive Financial Insights (12-Month)

The Mason Group - Strategic Search Partners is seeking a Property Accountant for a 12-month contract in Richmond Hill. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote, reporting to the Manager, Property Accounting.

You will perform full-cycle accounting for a portfolio, analyze variances, support acquisitions and refinancing, and collaborate across Finance teams to provide insights. The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years in accounting with Excel, VBA, and SQL skills.
