Junior Construction Project Coordinator

Support construction coordination from PTW’s Nisku office using organization, scheduling, and Microsoft Office skills across multiple projects.

As a Junior Construction Coordinator, Administrator, you will support project leaders, field teams, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders. Your work will keep information flowing, documentation accurate, and project activities moving forward. The position provides hands-on project experience while building a foundation in construction coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support across multiple construction projects
• Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and files
• Assist with reports, correspondence, travel, and tracking
• Support scheduling and coordinate project activities
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams

Requirements:

• One to two years of administrative or coordination experience
• Construction, industrial, manufacturing, or oil and gas experience is an asset
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and prioritization ability
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook
