Retail Inventory Stock Associate

Manage retail inventory flow for Roots while organizing merchandise, replenishment, and backroom operations; overnight shifts may be required.

The Stock Associate maintains store operational integrity and inventory systems. This role handles receipts, replenishment, backroom standards, and inventory procedures. It also trains and develops stock associates while supporting visual merchandising and store needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and prioritize merchandise receipts promptly
• Organize the backroom to company standards
• Maintain replenishment across styles, colours, and sizes
• Execute inventory procedures, transfers, damages, and receiving
• Recruit, onboard, assess, and develop stock associates

Requirements:

• Two or more years of management experience
• Retail apparel management experience preferred
• Excellent presentation skills in retail environments
• Ability to understand customer needs
• Ability to build buy-in for ideas and decisions
