Client Services Associate Public Finance

Support public finance clients at the MFA through precise transaction processing, clear communication, and Monday-to-Friday client service work. Handle investing and borrowing enquiries while building trusted relationships with public institutions across British Columbia.

As an Associate, Client Services, you will support daily activities and longer-term projects at the Municipal Finance Authority of British Columbia. You will process transactions across investing and borrowing programs, respond to enquiries, and contribute to client relationship management. The work requires Excel, PowerPoint, database or CRM proficiency, and careful attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client enquiries across investing and borrowing programs
• Process transactions accurately across MFA financial programs
• Prepare reports with care and due diligence
• Improve processes, programs, and products supporting clients
• Provide backup support and complete assigned project work

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in finance, business, investing, or economics
• Excellent client service and relationship-building skills
• Strong Microsoft Office, database, and CRM proficiency
• Exceptional written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills
• Three years of client service experience would be an asset
