Healthcare Information Systems Portfolio Manager

Lead healthcare information systems and Meditech Expanse initiatives as a Portfolio Manager with Fraser Health in Surrey, British Columbia.

This full-time Portfolio Manager role provides senior advice across Fraser Health’s Informatics portfolio. You will guide electronic health record development, complex projects, application architecture, and stakeholder priorities. The position supports safe go-lives, sustainable operations, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Meditech Expanse design, build, and implementation
• Lead complex projects, timelines, resources, and change strategies
• Identify risks and coordinate mitigation across stakeholders
• Evaluate implementation outcomes and document lessons learned
• Supervise staff and administer applicable human resource procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience
• Seven years’ related experience in a large complex organization
• At least three years’ Project Manager experience
• Experience with health and corporate information systems
• Electronic health record development and enhancement experience
