Own wholesale allocation and fulfillment for ARC’TERYX accounts in North Vancouver, using order prioritization and supply planning across a hybrid workplace.

As an Account Services Specialist, you manage complex, high-volume account fulfillment while connecting supply, demand, and commercial planning. You surface risks early, keep delivery commitments visible, and support key account relationships. The role partners with Wholesale Sales, account buyers, forecast analysts, and planning teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own allocation and fulfillment for top-tier wholesale accounts
• Execute allocation strategy under constrained supply conditions
• Provide order status, risks, and delivery outlook visibility
• Align delivery timing with sales and account buyers
• Resolve fulfillment risks with planning and commercial partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain management
• Two to five-plus years in allocation or wholesale operations
• Understanding of orderbook management and replenishment orders
• Strong Excel, data analysis, and fulfillment investigation skills
• Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems
