Traffic Operations Area Manager

Lead traffic operations from The Universal Group’s Vernon office, applying management skills to coordinate safe, efficient services and field teams. Build Peace of Mind for clients. As Area Manager, you will coordinate high-quality traffic control services while maintaining productivity, efficiency, and safety. You will supervise field staff, support client relationships, and collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, Fleet, Human Resources, and OHS. This position requires construction management experience and traffic-control awareness. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate schedules, work distribution, and relief needs Supervise Dispatch, Fleet, and on-site traffic employees Support and guide LCTs and TCPs Address client, public, and employee complaints Ensure health, safety, and company-policy compliance Requirements:

Minimum two years construction management experience Construction industry experience preferred Traffic control experience considered an asset Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management skills Experience addressing field employee conduct and performance issues Apply your traffic operations leadership, safety knowledge, and client communication skills as Area Manager with The Universal Group.
