Compass Early Learning and Care is seeking home child care providers passionate about early learning and family engagement. You will create a play-based curriculum, observe children's interests, and collaborate with families and community partners. This role encourages an inclusive environment while focusing on the safety and well-being of children in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and lead play-based experiences tailored to children's interests
• Observe, document, and assess children's learning outcomes
• Build strong relationships with families to enhance learning
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of all child care spaces
• Engage in ongoing professional development and learning
Requirements:
• Experience caring for young children
• Valid Standard First Aid/CPR Level C certification
• Current Police Vulnerable Sector Check
• Active Food Handler’s Certificate
• Access to suitable child care space for up to 6 children
