Collection Specialist

Seeking a full-time Collection Specialist, the candidate will manage inbound and outbound calls with consumers regarding their balances, working towards payment resolutions in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to consumer balances Work with consumers to negotiate payment plans and resolve account issues Utilize provided tools and training to ensure successful outcomes in collections Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in basic computer applications and quick to learn new software Ability to actively listen and communicate clearly Availability to work varying schedules Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm One year of customer service and/or call center experience preferred
