Accounting Associate

To support the Finance team, the full-time remote GL Accounting Associate will manage month-end close tasks, ensure efficient day-to-day operations, and collaborate on ad-hoc projects while working closely with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Responsible for assigned monthly GL close tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance explanations Assist in the creation and management of entity-level reporting in Netsuite and day-to-day finance operations Support external audit requirements and own ad-hoc projects related to process improvements and software implementation Required qualifications 2-3+ years of professional accounting experience, preferably in both private and public accounting BA/BS in Accounting; CPA is desired Detailed understanding of month-end close processes and US GAAP expertise Experience in e-commerce or tech industries preferred Advanced Excel skills and experience with NetSuite and related software is a bonus
