ServiceNow Systems Engineer

Designing, developing, and maintaining robust systems and services, the full-time remote ServiceNow Systems Engineer will implement software engineering best practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage system upgrades and optimizations. Key responsibilities Implement software engineering best practices to ensure system performance and security Develop, implement, and support systems and services for reliable operations Manage upgrades, migrations, and new implementations while resolving efficiency issues Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in systems engineering Bachelor's degree or equivalent in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field Strong background in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL Experience with infrastructure/systems lifecycle methodology Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential
