Accounts Payable Accountant (Fully Remote)

Manage the AP inbox, process invoices, and serve as primary vendor contact. Review and code invoices in Zip and NetSuite, ensuring approvals and PO matching. Prepare payment batches and resolve discrepancies or payment issues. Close Support & Special Projects: Reconcile AP activity with general ledger and support month-end close. Maintain vendor tax documentation and support annual 1099 preparation. Help improve workflows and support system updates affecting AP and expenses. What We're Looking For: 2-4 years of AP or accounting operations experience with hands-on invoice processing. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and understanding of accrual accounting. Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize, and communicate clearly with vendors and teams.
