Deliver and evolve onboarding and ongoing training for Support new hires. Create clear guides, videos, and workshops covering product and processes. Assess training needs with Support Leadership and update materials from feedback. Track trainee progress and connect training outcomes to ramp speed, CSAT, and QA. Spend regular time handling Support tickets to keep training practical. Coach individuals and facilitate learning across different styles.
