Legal Client Advisor

As a crucial link between the company and attorney-clients, the full-time Legal Client Advisor will manage comprehensive case intakes, analyze legal needs, and oversee client engagements in a remote environment while ensuring exceptional service and quality deliverables. Key responsibilities Lead comprehensive case intake conversations with attorneys and develop targeted expert witness search strategies Oversee end-to-end client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and quality of all deliverables Build and maintain strong relationships with attorney clients, presenting findings and proactively resolving challenges Required qualifications Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts 1-3 years of client or customer service experience Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in legal, research, or professional services industries preferred but not required
