International Record to Report Manager

Leading the record-to-report process for international entities, the full-time International Record to Report Manager will ensure accurate and timely financial closing, manage audits, and oversee compliance while working remotely across the UK. Key responsibilities Own the end-to-end R2R process, ensuring accounts are accurate and delivered within reporting deadlines Lead the year-end audit and manage statutory accounts filing in compliance with local GAAP Coach and develop the R2R team, driving process improvements and maintaining a strong control framework Required qualifications Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent such as CPA) Significant R2R experience, including balance sheet reconciliations and technical accounting Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, with experience in preparing consolidated accounts Proven experience managing external audits and compliance with tight deadlines Demonstrated leadership capabilities with remote teams across multiple locations
