Portable book of business with genuine existing attorney referral relationships. Entrepreneurial mindset ready to build with AI-driven automation and a lean team. Compensation: Market base salary with uncapped variable compensation tied to revenue. Equity grant in Infinity. Backed by a shared platform handling HR, accounting, finance, and data-processing work.
