Senior Accountant (Contract) – Hybrid Location: Duration: 6–8 Month Contract

Were partnering with a leading North American manufacturing organization that plays a critical role in supplying essential products to global industrial and agricultural markets. Known for its commitment to operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support a key manufacturing facility based in Mississippi.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional with strong manufacturing experience who can step in quickly and make an immediate impact.

Lead and support the monthly financial close process for the manufacturing facility.
Perform account reconciliations and balance sheet variance analysis.
Prepare monthly financial statements and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting.
Support asset componentization, retirements, and asset closures.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Support annual budgeting and inventory/spare parts reviews.
Partner with plant leadership and corporate finance on financial reporting and analysis.
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
~5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
~ Manufacturing or plant accounting experience is strongly preferred.
~ Hands-on SAP experience is required; SAP S/4HANA experience is a strong plus.
~ Experience with month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and cost accounting.
~ Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
~ 100% Remote
