Client Manager

To drive client success through strategic marketing execution, the full-time Client Manager II will manage relationships with financial institution clients, consult on marketing strategies, and lead integrated campaign execution, with the flexibility to work remotely. Key responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of financial institution clients as their primary contact Consult with clients on marketing strategies and campaign planning to improve performance Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or related client-facing roles Experience in a marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment preferred Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and customer engagement strategies Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client priorities simultaneously
