Costing Analyst - Buy America Compliance

POSITION SUMMARY

The Costing Analyst is responsible for conducting Pre- and Post-Buy America audits, Canadian Content audits, and Cost audits. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, supports accurate reporting, and contributes to the efficiency of costing processes across the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

• Responsible for preparing Pre-and Post-Buy America Analysis and audits
• Responsible for preparing Pre-and Post-Canadian Content and audits
• Responsible for requesting / updating / maintaining Buy America certificates throughout the year
• Responsible for requesting / updating / maintaining Buy Canadian certificates throughout the year
• Request, pull invoices / quotes for Buy America audits
• Request, pull invoices / quotes for Canadian Content audits
• Request, pull invoices / quotes for Price / Cost analysis audit
• Responsible for updating process and manual for Pre / Post Buy America & Canadian Content tasks
• Responsible for filing related to Buy America and Canadian Content
• Assist to schedule cost roll update, daily programs (no list price & future cost), and saving Oracle reports.
• Assist in preparing daily Inventory, WIP and In-transit Standard change reports
• Assist in preparing weekly cost roll & update runtime HRS over the weekend
• Assist with year-end inventory count
• Assist with other Costing related functions as required
