Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee multiple departments and drive operational efficiency, service quality, safety, productivity, and profitability across the branch. This is a highly visible role that requires strong leadership, financial acumen, continuous improvement experience, and the ability to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments to ensure efficient workflow, strong productivity, accurate reporting, and consistent service delivery.
- Manage branch performance, including KPIs, budgets, labour planning, resource allocation, cost control, and daily P&L review participation.
- Lead warehouse and inventory management activities, including stock accuracy, WMS usage, inventory movement, capacity planning, and process improvement.
- Develop, coach, and support warehouse teams through performance management, training, employee relations, succession planning, and workforce development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and operational best practices.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, quality standards, ISO 9001 procedures, customer SLAs, and company policies.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $100,000 to $125,000 per year.
