You focus on delivering exceptional cleaning. We handle finding clients, scheduling, quoting, payments and customer communication. THE OPPORTUNITIES RESIDENTIAL CLEANING - Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly home cleaning - Deep cleaning and detailed one-time cleaning - Move-in and move-out cleaning - Recurring clients with consistent assignments whenever possible COMMERCIAL CLEANING - Offices and professional workplaces - Small business and retail spaces - Reception areas, staff kitchens, washrooms and common areas - Recurring commercial cleaning contracts - Potential early morning, evening and weekend assignments We're interested in Cleaning Professionals experienced in either residential or commercial cleaning, as well as those comfortable handling both. Our ideal Cleaning Professionals are: - Experienced in paid residential or commercial cleaning - Dependable, punctual and committed to accepted assignments - Detail-oriented, efficient and consistent - Professional, trustworthy and respectful of client properties - Comfortable working independently or as part of a team - Able to follow established cleaning scopes and client-specific instructions - Strong communicators who take genuine pride in their work Experience maintaining premium homes, professional offices or long-term commercial contracts is an asset. REQUIREMENTS - Previous paid cleaning experience - Reliable transportation - Appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment - Smartphone for scheduling and communication - Professional references - Willingness to complete a background check - Ability to meet applicable insurance and client requirements For commercial assignments, familiarity with secure building access, alarm procedures and cleaning outside business hours is an asset. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an hourly employee position. Compensation is agreed upon for completed cleaning assignments, with a target earning equivalent of approximately $30 per hour. Actual earnings depend on the scope of work and time required. Assignments are offered based on client demand, service area, availability and suitability. You're free to accept or decline opportunities, and there is no guaranteed minimum amount of work.
