Experienced Framer / Residential Construction Worker

Description:

Construct and install wall, floor, and roof framing; Assist with residential home construction and renovation projects; Measure, cut, and assemble building materials according to specifications; Maintain a safe and organized worksite; Work effectively as part of a construction team to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential framing, home construction, renovations, or a related trade; Ability to read and follow construction plans and measurements; Knowledge of framing techniques, hand tools, and power tools; Strong attention to safety and quality workmanship; Reliable, physically fit, and able to work in various weather conditions; Reliable transportation to job sites is required; Candidates who live near current employees may be eligible for a transportation arrangement, with pick-up costs reimbursed by the employer.
