Warehouse Associate / Order Picker - Day Shift - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Job Description

We are hiring a Warehouse associate / Order Picker. This role suits someone who is comfortable on the warehouse floor and with technology. You’ll work with a warehouse management system (WMS), RF scanners and digital tools every day. Strong performers can grow into inventory control, team lead, or administrative roles.

Job Description:

- Pick, pack and stage orders accurately using RF scanners and WMS software

- Process orders, update inventory records and confirm shipments in the system

- Do cycle counts and flag inventory discrepancies

- Receive and put away inbound stock, and check it against system records

- Keep work areas clean, organized and safe

- Help with data entry and basic reporting when needed

Requirements

Requirements:

- Comfortable with computers, including basic Microsoft Excel, email and data entry

- Experience with RF scanners, handheld devices or a WMS is an asset (training provided)

- Previous warehouse, order picking or logistics experience preferred

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
