AZ Tanker Driver

Position : AZ Tanker Driver (Active Vacancy) Primary Location: Thorold, ON Shift: Full-time - 40 hours per week Reports to: Regional Driver Manager Compensation: $30/hr.

Load, transfer, and unload raw product from a tanker truck Transport and unload chemicals into customers’ tanks safely and with the required paperwork Safely handle hoses during loading and unloading Perform pre and post-trip inspections Comply with all Company, Customer Federal, State, and Local laws, rules and regulations Become familiar with plant operating procedures Other duties as assigned A Successful Candidate Has: Minimum of two (2) years of recent tractor/tanker experience Minimum one (1) year of recent tanker experience Must have a valid Commercial Driver's License, CDL Class A, with appropriate hazmat and tanker endorsements (US-specific) or an AZ license withTDG Training (Canada-specific) A clean driving record for the past three (3) years Be physically qualified to drive a motor vehicle and provide a valid medical card Be able to provide proof of experience or training to operate the type of motor vehicle used by Chemtrade safely Must be eligible for and obtain a valid FAST (Free and Secure Trade) card and maintain FAST eligibility as a condition of continued employment.
