Data Quality Analyst (Dutch or Nordic Languages)

Salary: $37,128 - 37,128 per year

Requirements:

• Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, or Finnish, with excellent reading, writing, listening, and comprehension skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and comprehension.
• Strong analytical ability and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to follow structured guidelines and meet quality and productivity targets.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with iOS devices and applications is an asset.
• Experience in quality assurance, content evaluation, relevance ranking, data annotation, localization, linguistic review, or content moderation is preferred.
• Experience evaluating websites, mobile apps, or software products is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, search relevance, or language data projects is preferred.
• Experience with spreadsheets, reporting tools, or project coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and rate web applications, content relevance, and in-app workflows across platforms using defined quality guidelines.
• Assess functionality, usability, user experience, and content quality.
• Analyze, classify, and label content for accuracy and relevance.
• Identify issues, document findings, and provide actionable feedback.
• Conduct quality audits and support process improvements.
• Support data rating activities, including coordination, scheduling, and testing.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
