RA II for Culturally Responsive Teaching and Self-Regulated Learning in High Schools Study

Duties:

Assist with participant recruitment, survey administration, interview scheduling, and organization of research materials. Transcribe interviews, organize and clean survey data, and maintain accurate research records. Support preliminary coding and analysis of interview transcripts, lesson plans, and other instructional materials. Conduct literature searches and prepare summaries on culturally responsive teaching, self-regulated learning, motivation, and engagement. Assist with teacher learning team activities, classroom implementation documentation, and research reporting. Participate in research team meetings and relevant CREAMS Research Lab activities, while maintaining research ethics and confidentiality. Be able to work independently and collaboratively with other RAs, and participate in relevant CREAMS research lab/project meetings. Perform other related assigned duties.
