Successful candidates will support the delivery of exceptional hospitality services by maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, safety, and customer service.

• Company-provided transportation from Thunder Bay, ON

• Travel assistance available for eligible candidates from outlying areas

• Rotational schedule consisting of 14 days on / 14 days off

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

Food Services

• Preparing and cooking food according to standardized recipes

• Preparing sandwiches, salads, fruits, vegetables, and other food items

• Assisting with meal service and food presentation

• Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards

• Operating kitchen equipment safely

• Receiving, storing, and rotating inventory

Housekeeping & Janitorial

• Cleaning guest rooms, common areas, washrooms, offices, and recreational spaces

• Changing linens and replenishing room supplies

• Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces

• Maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the facility

• Supporting health, safety, and sanitation initiatives

• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment where housekeepers may clean up to 40+ rooms per day

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, commercial cleaning, healthcare, industrial, institutional, or remote camp environments is considered an asset

• Strong commitment to safety, sanitation, and customer service

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Ability to perform physical work, including standing, lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods
