Job description
Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise application releases, upgrades, and project delivery
- Proven ability to manage application roadmaps and planning cycles
- Experience with vendor engagement and third-party coordination
- Strong background in change request management
- Hands-on experience in release management, including patches, emergency releases, and mandatory upgrades
- Ability to gather requirements and document specifications
- Experience participating in and driving design discussions
- Strong project planning and progress tracking capability
- Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies, including infrastructure and integration impacts
- Strong stakeholder communication and risk management
- Experience in financial services/banking technology preferred
- Ability to work in a Solution Consultant-type role bridging business needs and technical delivery
- (Nice to Have) Solid working knowledge of CGI - Trade360 and/or WAL (Solifi’s (formerly Datascan) Wholesale Automotive Lending)
