This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys combining hands-on technical work with client interaction and who wants to be involved in team mentorship. Requirements

• At least 3 years of progressive experience in a public accounting firm - (5+ yrs for the senior level).
• Completed post-secondary education in accounting; a CPA designation is preferred but not required.
• Experience with personal, corporate, family and estate taxation, as well as compilation and review engagements.
• Experience with variance analyses and account reconciliations
• Proficiency with standard industry software and technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• A proactive, success-driven mindset and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
