Overview:
On behalf of our esteemed client, we are seeking an an Intermediate-Senior Legal Administrative Assistant to join their growing personal injury and civil litigation practice.The ideal candidate is comfortable taking a support role on complex plaintiff litigation files, including maintaining organized bring-forward and file management systems, calendar management, document requests, production and record processing, discovery preparation, coordinating medical-legal and expert evidence, preparing IME packages, tracking and managing litigation deadlines and court-ordered productions, preparing schedules of special damages, and assisting with trial preparations and chambers processes. You will work closely with a senior partner, associate, and paralegal in a collaborative team environment. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and motivated to take ownership of their role.This is a position for someone who wants to continue developing expertise in a leading litigation and class actions practice.


Salary/Rate Range: $60,000 to $80,000 depending on experience, skill, and fit, including a highly competitive, performance-based bonus structure.

• Extended health and additional benefits and incentives are available. The position will be 4 days in the office and one day WFH.
