- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs to schedule
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Assets
- Red Seal Certification (Machining) or equivalent trade certification
- CAD/CAM experience
- Ability to program offline from models
